1. Return Period
Shuvexa accepts returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be in its original condition.
- The product must not have been washed, damaged, altered, or worn for daily activities.
- Original tags, packaging, and accessories (if included) should be returned with the item.
2. Eligible Returns
We accept returns for:
New and Unused Products
Products that are:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free from stains, odors, makeup marks, or damage
- With original packaging and tags included
Simple Try-On Products
Because swimwear fit and comfort are important, customers may:
- Try on the product briefly indoors.
- Check the size, fit, and style.
Items that have only been lightly tried on and remain clean, unused, and in original condition are eligible for return or exchange.
Please note:
For hygiene reasons, swimwear that has been worn in water, used for swimming, washed, or shows signs of use cannot be returned.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been worn in swimming pools, oceans, or other water environments
- Washed or cleaned products
- Products with stains, makeup marks, body odors, or damage
- Products without original packaging or tags when required
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
4. Exchange Policy
Shuvexa supports product exchanges.
Customers may request an exchange for:
- Different size
- Different color
- Different style (subject to product availability)
Exchange requirements:
- The original item must meet our return conditions.
- The replacement item will be shipped after the returned product is received and inspected.
- If the replacement item has a different price, the price difference will be calculated before shipment.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers may choose another available product or receive a refund.
5. Return Process
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when:
- The customer changes their mind.
- The wrong size was selected.
- The customer prefers another color or style.
Shuvexa Responsibility
Shuvexa will cover return shipping costs when:
- The product received is defective.
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The product was damaged during delivery.
Customers must contact customer service before returning defective or incorrect items.

8. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, Shuvexa will send a confirmation email.
Refund processing time:
3–7 business days after the returned item has been approved.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Depending on your payment provider, additional processing time may apply.
9. Refund Amount
Approved refunds include:
- Product purchase price
The following fees are generally non-refundable:
- Original shipping fees (unless the return is caused by our error)
- Express shipping charges (unless caused by our error)
10. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- The wrong item
- A missing item
Please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

- Photos of the received item

After verification, Shuvexa will provide a suitable solution, including:
- Replacement shipment
- Exchange
- Full refund
11. Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation before the order is shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and customers may use our standard return process after receiving the product.
