Important Notice: Shuvexa products are manufactured in our factory located in China and shipped to customers from our warehouse in the United States.

Your order may be produced in China and fulfilled through our U.S. warehouse for delivery and return processing.

3. Shipping Methods and Fees
Standard Shipping
- Orders totaling $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
- Orders under $75 require a standard shipping fee of $4.99.
Express Shipping
Customers may select express shipping regardless of order amount.
- Express Shipping Fee: $17.86
- Express shipping charges apply to all orders, including orders over $75.
Shipping fees will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed during our business hours:
Processing Days: Monday to Friday
Processing Time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Please note:
- Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
- Processing begins after successful payment verification.
- Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.
5. Delivery Time

If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing period, please contact our customer service team.
