1. Product Manufacturing and Shipping Location Important Notice: Shuvexa products are manufactured in China. Orders for US customers are fulfilled from our US inventory/warehouse facilities and shipped to customers within the United States.

Orders are fulfilled from our US inventory/warehouse facilities. The return address listed is a designated commercial / warehouse address used exclusively for processing returns.

2. Shipping Availability Currently, Shuvexa provides shipping services within the United States only. We support delivery to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

3. Supported Shipping Methods, Carriers and Fees We currently offer the following shipping methods:

1. Standard Shipping (USPS)

  • Carrier: USPS
  • Orders totaling $75 or more: Free standard shipping
  • Orders under $75: Fixed fee of $4.99

2. Express Shipping (UPS / FedEx)

  • Carriers: UPS or FedEx
  • Available for all orders, regardless of order value
  • Fixed fee of $17.86 (this is the total shipping fee when Express is selected, not an additional charge on top of standard shipping)

Shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tax & Duties Information All product prices displayed on our website are tax-inclusive. For US orders, customers do not need to pay any additional taxes or customs duties at checkout. There are no hidden taxes or extra customs fees for deliveries within the United States.

4. Order Processing Time Orders are processed during our business hours:

  • Processing Days: Monday to Friday
  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Please note:

  • Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
  • Processing begins after successful payment verification.
  • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.

5. Delivery Time Estimated delivery times (after the order has been processed and shipped):

  • Standard Shipping (USPS): 5–8 business days
  • Express Shipping (UPS / FedEx): 3–5 business days

Shipping transit and delivery days are Monday to Saturday. No deliveries are made on Sunday. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and other factors.

6. Tracking Information Once your order has been shipped, Shuvexa will send a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Customers can use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status of their order. If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing period, please contact our customer service team.

7. Shipping Delays While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Peak shopping seasons
  • Holidays
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Shuvexa is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
